4. Appointments, fees, and treatment

• Any booking enquiry made through this website is an enquiry only — an appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and provide written confirmation.
• All fees are quoted at the time of booking and may vary by service. Current fees are available on request. Payment terms will be agreed with you in writing before the appointment.
• We accept payment by [LIST METHODS — CASH / CARD / INSURER / SELF-PAY].
• We work with [LIST INSURERS IF APPLICABLE — Bupa, AXA, Vitality, Aviva]. Please confirm your insurer relationship with us in advance.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are set out in the patient information pack you will receive when booking.
